Your purchase of goods will be subject to certain consumer laws. These laws provide you with rights that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy implied by law which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Change of Mind

Any eligible item purchased from Silk Lullaby can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange of equal value or store credit. To be eligible, items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not as described, you can contact us at hello@silklullaby.com so we can assist you.
